Emergency Call Out Service
We offer a out of hours emergency call out service for
plumbing and electrical emergencies.
You can call us and we can assist over the phone
to see if you need to use this service.
If you call after 11pm and before 8 am and
you decide not to use this emergency service you will incur a £25 +vat advice fee.
Charged
time starts from receiving call to arrival back
Labour after first 1 hour, is £60
per hour plus vat
Any parts are charged extra plus vat
From 11pm to 8am work is limited
to damage limitation and only minor repairs that can be completed with in approx
1 hour at the premises.
We strongly suggest to only use this service for emergencies
as it would be far more economical to wait to normal working hours.

Self Help
Water leak?
Turn off mains water in house or from street, you may need a
spanner if main water tap is too tight.
Open hot and cold taps in kitchen sink and
any baths to run off water.
It may take a little while for water to stop if it is
coming from the tank water in loft.
No heating/hot water over the weekend?
Suggest
buying a portable electric blow heater, until a repair can be effected. Turn on
immersion heater in hot tank if you have one.
Why is emergency call out so much?
To attend to a call out quickly, we often will
have to stop work a cuurent job, disrupt that job, make safe, clear up etc, arrange
to continue that work usually at a time that suits the customer and may be out of
hours or making a long working day into the evening. Disrupt our own personal life
and arrangements.
